Beware, the pictures are deceiving. This place is a dump. So dirty and they have mice. Complained about the mice for months and after several months they finally came in and set up traps, really? What happen to calling an exterminator. Needless to say, the traps only caught one. I am moving out. Management will do nothing to help. Also they towed my car one night and cost me $300 to get it back. They nickel and dime you to death. I was parked legally and there was no sign to contradict my parking. Now let's talk about electricity. My bill ran almost $300 per month and it was still hot. I complained to management and they did nothing about the air conditioning. Also my neighbors were loud, always partying. Couldn't sleep. They would put there trash with mine so they didn't have to take theirs to the bin. I could go on and on but now it's up to you to decide. I can only warn you. If you rent here, beware. You can't say you weren't warned. Good luck!

Accommodating and friednly staff. I enjoyed living here for two years. Unfortunately I had to move but I will always remember my time at Fountains of Largo.
