I go there all the time , my favorite person is Tina, she is very good at what she does. I get my lashes done and she knows how to make them look perfect for my eyes, she is the best

So disappointing. They were understaffed for the amount of people that were waiting and the fact that it was a sunday afternoon before the first day of school - should've had plenty of staff there. I waited almost an hour sitting in a pedicure chair with water circulating on my feet getting cold and NOTHING else happening - not even a dab of bath salts or anything put into the water while I waited for an hour. Multiple people came in and the owner kept assuring them she would "be with them in just a minute" while the line just piled up. Some women walked out before getting helped (after about an hour and a half of waiting). Two people did my toes - both were in and out during the pedicure - which doesn't make for any consistency or relaxation! On top of that there was no massage to my feet, no warm cloth, no hot stones, not even hardly any lotion applied?! Not sure if they were really cheap or just lazy. Only thing that they did do was a few minutes of using a pumice stone which I could've done at home and painting my toes (yes, just painting - no buffing or filing or clipping). Once I moved on to my fill-in, the owner barely used any acrylic to fill in the gaps, spent no time making them straight or even, and was rushing around servicing three other people at the same time. My nails were ALL crooked and I ended up going to Sally's to buy a professional file and top coat so that I could fix the mess that she left on my hands. All this for $50 of my money and THREE HOURS of my time. To add fuel to the fire, the a/c didn't seem to be on and there were dirty fans in a few places that seemed to only blow the employees. You should not be sweating inside of a nail salon - that doesn't make for a sanitary environment.I tried to tell the owner about my nails being uneven but she seemed to pretend like she didn't understand. I'm not sure if all the girls on here who give good reviews are friends of the people who work here or if they just don't know what good service should be? Either way, I will never waste my money here again!

Hanna your the best , thank you for all you do for me to make me the best I can be , You do a beautiful job on my nails and you did a fantastic job on my tattooing my brows !
