Vivek Iyer, MD, MSE is a cardiac electrophysiologist, specializing in treating heart rhythm abnormalities, management of complex cardiac arrhythmia and advanced ablation techniques His medical school training was completed in at Harvard Medical School, followed by clinical training at Columbia University Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He has a special clinical interest in ventricular tachycardia (VT) and atrial fibrillation (AF) management, including the use of catheter ablation, epicardial access techniques, ablation supported by LVAD/percutaneous LVAD, advanced mapping technologies, and percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion.
