Came to visit Jelly Stone for vacation from West Palm Beach. On site is Yum Yum Barbecue. I have eaten there 4 days in a row! Their food is amazing! The first night I ate their frito chili pie, which I had never heard of before but it was so good! The second night I had their bbq pork slider with a side of their smoked vegetable beef soup. First off, the bbq sauce is one of the best I have ever had. It tastes fresh, tangy, and rich. The pork was tender and seasoned perfectly. The soup was perfect in this 7 degree weather. It was very hearty and the smoked meat inside gave it the most unique taste. Also, this is not the kind of soup that is mostly broth, it is filled with meat and vegetables so every bite you are getting filled up. The third day they were having their rib special. I ordered the pork ribs and I got to watch one of the owners actually re-glaze and grill my ribs till it had that light crisp on the outside. These were PHENOMENAL! I had it with a side of macaroni and cheese that is seriously the best I have ever had. It is clearly gourmet and not the store bought garbage. My last day I ordered their trifecta. Everything was spot on. The brisket, the pork, and the chicken were so delicious! I got a side of onion rings and their chicken and dumpling soup. I am BEYOND impressed with all the food that I tried and the service I received. The owners are a couple that are incredibly professional and friendly. Even the girl that takes the orders was incredibly sweet and helpful. Everything looked clean and tasted fresh. One thing that I was really happy about was how UN-GREASY the food was. So I didn't feel bad for eating out 4 days in a row! I wish they would open up a spot in Florida!
