Great customer service and whoever the guy is that pulls the parts is awesome!

I recently was looking for a part for my vehicle that I was having a hard time finding here in the Las Cruces/El Paso area untill I called Action Auto Parts. I proceeded to call Action Auto Parts and a sales associate answered the phone by the name of Tye, I think. I proceeded to give hime the info for my vehicle and he informed me that although he did not have the part in stock, he could order it for me on his Nation Wide Parts Locator Service. He informed me that he could order a new or used part at a fraction of the price from local parts stores. I was floored!!Long story short, my Brand New Part was shipped within TWO business days at a fraction of the retail cost of a well known national chain parts house. I would highly recommend using Action Auto Parts instead of those big National Chain parts houses!!!!
