Argus Pet Center, located in Las Cruces, NM, has been serving the Las Cruces and surrounding areas as the best choice for your pet's "Home Away From Home" for over 20 years! We are locally owned and operated by Dr. William J. Schumacher and his wife Kay Schumacher, whose Veterinary Hospital is located right next door to Argus Pet Center. We offer pet boarding and day care in a wide range of comfortable accommodations. Our experience has taught us that pets, like people, each have their own individual comfort zones. We offer several sizes of "spaces" for the comfort of your pet from small, medium, large and tall kennels to really large kennels and runs. All of our kennels are indoors and climate controlled. We also have outdoor kennels for exercise, fresh air and "potty breaks"; along with, an enclosed area for afternoon walks. For your convenience, we provide dishes, bedding, litter and litter boxes. We clean the kennels, launder the bedding and change the litter frequently to maintain a safe and healthy environment for your pet.
