I've been a customer for years, buying two sets of washer and dryers from them. No problems at all. I purchased a chest freezer from them a week ago and the repairman has been here EVERY DAY SINCE. First, the delivery guy turned it on it's end so it didn't get cold. Came out one day to look at it, the next to repair it. Then, there was ice all along the seal. Came out one day to look at it, the next to fix it (even though all they did was attempt to glue it). Today, there is MORE ice along the seal. I will never be using them again!!!! Totally disgusted.
It is now October 14th and I STILL don't have a working freezer.... "Waiting on the part" for a month... "Haven't found a new one" "NO REFUNDS!!!" DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
