In the 2nd week of a 9 week RV trip, our RV fridge was not working well. Contacted Camping World. The best they could do is make an appointment to look at the fridge in 7 days and then order parts. That was not going to work so we asked if they knew of anyone who may be able to help us sooner. The answer was no. I went to my iPad YP app and called Bogart which was of the places it listed near me.. They were awesome! They did the diagnostics within 2 hours. The would have to order the parts and that would take time so they gave us the part numbers AND the name & phone number of an RV repair shop near the town we were headed to. We called them and they ordered the parts for us. They will be ready to install as soon as we arrive. Now that is what we call "service". Cost of diagnostics was $28.50!!
