For my records they wanted to charge me $25 and it would take some time to get the files. Then I asked what if a doctor requested them. They said it would be free and the doctor would get them in a couple of days. I feel something is wrong here. Because the times don't match up. I do not recommend Ashida. It feels like they are holding me hostage there because they dont want to give me my records unless I pay a astronomical fee and wait a long time.

I relocated to New Mexico a year ago. I was in need of a dentist. Because of the elevation here my wisdom tooth began giving me trouble. I never had a problem with my teeth, and this was a different kind of pain. I went on line in search of a dentist, and most if the reviews were mixed. Being a business owner for twenty years I knew frist hand how reviews worked. I choose Dr. Ashida and I'm very happy I did. The staff in her office were very friendly, and Dr. Ashida was very kind. She took care of my issue, and I've had my front tooth repaired too. I love this office and the service is the best. I highly recommend this dental office to all that has relocated, and looking for a wonderful dentist.

Today was my second visit to see Dr. Ashida and I was just as satisfied as the first time I went. I had an appointment for a routine cleaning and it was a quick and painless experience. The staff were all very friendly and there wasn't a long wait to see Dr. Ashida. I don't think I could have found a better dentist in Las Cruces. Thanks Dr. Ashida!

My first visit to Dr. Ashida has made me a lifelong client. Since I was a new patient, I didn't have dental records with her, so she gave me an extensive check up on all my teeth. She told me I didn't have any major issues, except 2 cavities on my right side. She gave me another appointment that week and fixed me up with no issues. Didn't hurt a bit. Dr. Ashida took very good care of me!

What a wonderful experience! Great staff and excellent dentist. Dr. Ashida was an outstanding dentist and she explained everything really well. Now my teeth look gorgeous and have totally changed my smile! I have sent 3 of my friends to her office in Las Cruces to see her already!

I went to get a piece of my tooth that fell out repaired by Dr. Ashida, and after it was "fixed" I didn't eat for 5 hours because my mouth was numb. When I finally did, I only ate a sunflower seed... And the entire filling came out! In addition to the horrible job she did, while I was on the chair getting work done, "Dr." Ashida and the assistant were talking about girls being abducted, raped, and other graphic stuff that turned me off of her more than when she said she was in a hurry because she had to go to a game. Now I remember why I stopped seeing her years ago.
