Both our boys have been taking classes for the last year. They love it and have greatly improved their body control and fitness. Master Shoberg is very accommodating for the special needs of our kids and always willing to help. It's a great place.

We have been really happy with the service we have gotten from them. They are always really professional and friendly. The teaching is excellent and they work well with my son. He always loves going. I would highly recommend them.

the kids have been doing Teakwondo for about a year now. They both love it. It seems that the alternating weeks of classics, sparring and self defense really works for them. I like it that they get a good workout and also learn 'manners' in terms of being polite and helping/teaching others. Also, for my teenage daughter especially it builds confidence towards boys. She noticed at a dance recently when they asked what sport she did and she answered 'Teakwondo', how they straightened up and looked at her differently - like 'Don't mess with her'. It sure boosts her confidence. Master Shoberg is a great teacher, very dedicated. She is NOT one of those ladies who calls every kid 'sweety' or 'honey', she is very strict and fair - just what you would expect and want from a Self defense teacher. We will stick with it as long as the kids enjoy it.

My grandson has been attending Gold Medal for 5 years. He is about to earn his first degree junior black belt. After helping him with his training and activities for 3 years, I decided to join and am now a green belt. I also participate in the self-defense classes and enjoy the dialog regarding healthy eating in the Food First Way. Marcy Shoberg is a very dedicated professional who makes the classes not only fun and educational, but makes each individual student feel like they are an important part of the group and can be successful regardless of age, ability, or disability.

I have been sending my 11 year old son to Gold Medal for the last 3 months and he loves it. Instead of spending all his time playing video games he wants to go to class. I highly recommand this place to anyone trying to get their kids involved in physical activity. Its also really helped build his confidence, the instructors are great and the price is super reasonable.

That place is a daycare! My brother and I went in and saw that right away. The head instructor claims to be a 5TH degree black belt! Really?!

I took Justin Castillo's kickboxing class last summer and lost 23lbs. He was always motivating and patient. He pushed to me harder than I ever believed I could go. If I weren't so involved with college, I'd still be taking the kickboxing class.

I recent enrolled my child at this school and am thoroughly impressed. It has a friendly and comfortable environment. My child just loves the energy of the classes. I enjoy the disciplined structure and the big focus on respect. Mr. Castillo, my child's instructor, is very thorough and detail oriented. His physical prowess in just amazing! I believe the skills my child is learning will help him for the rest of his life.
