My husband and I are getting ready to build a 2800 sq ft house + we want to put porcelain wood look tile in the entire house. We decided to go and check out this business. We walked in this past Saturday, and behind us walked in another man. No one else was in the store but the man working there who completely ignored my husband and me. Instead he chose to greet the man who walked in behind us because he clearly knew him, "Hello Buddy!". His friend told him to help us out and I asked him about the tile we wanted to see to which he replied, "Oh, its over there", and he pointed to a section at the store. He was not interested in the least in finding out what we were looking for and speaking with us. Instead, he chose to speak with his "Buddy". I looked at my husband and said, "let's go, I would rather take my business elsewhere". Let's see....2800 square feet multiplied by tile at say $5.00/sq foot comes to about $14,000.00...not a good business decision in my opinion.

Rigo came out to look at my small grout job and said he would come out tomorrow after he got a special bonding agent to complete the job. He never called so I called him 2 days later. He rushed me off the phone with an excuse he was looking up some price or whatever and would call me back that day. Never called and just wasted my time.
