We rented chairs for a wedding and they were to be delivered at 2:30-3:00, for the ceremony beginning at 4. At 3:15, there were no chairs. We called multiple times and got no answer, having to finally drive to their facility to see that they were barely loading the chairs and still had to drive over to the ceremony venue. The chairs were finally brought to the location, but were still being set up as guests arrived. After the ceremony, the chairs were to be picked up at 5, as the reception was at a different location at 6. We again called (to no avail) as 6 o clock came and went with nobody there to get the chairs. One of the wedding guests had to stay back at the ceremony location to wait for them to pick up the chairs, and well after 7pm they STILL had not showed up and would not answer any calls. Even if they were running late, they had contact information for us and did not even bother to communicate with us. Absolutely terrible service and no consideration for paying customers.

Phone calls for hours! We were in a panic and had to use Table Occasions which saved the day. High desert finally brought the chairs 7 hours LATE and they were so dirty and disgusting. Would never hire again

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save your money and do not use them. The quality of the tent, tables and chairs was the worst I have ever seen. Took them 4 days to set up the tent for our wedding. We were late to our wedding because we had to fix the tent. Tent was torn and dirty. We looked like trash! Tables looked like they had been picked up off the side of the road. Dance floor was missing parts! Chairs were so dirty. Was the worst I had ever seen. Crew was lazy. Not even a call back when I contacted them about the bad the service and products.
