Service was OK but they did no...

Service was OK but they did not give me room and package I had reserved. Had to show the clerk my actual email confirmation showing her what I had reserved apparently they don't take the time to look at reservation details. And then to top it off they charged me twice on my credit card. Had to call the hotel like two times to figure out what they were doing. They came up with it was a miscommunication error. It took them like five days to credit my account. What a waste of time. If you stay here make sure you ask the exact amount that will be put on your credit card before leaving, if not expect for the same thing to happen to you.
