Provided by YP.comHorrible service. Had an issue with a propane leak. Service manager would not help me in anyway. I was just traveling thru and needed a little of his time to trouble shoot the problem. He said no appointment, no service. Also called the store GM and told him about his sales managers attitude. He of course apologized and started telling me about all the pressure his folks were under. He explained to me that they were more into developing their local business and transients passing through were not really there priority. Well I'm from Texas, and Holiday World RV has lost me as a customer.
