After I waited a week for an appointment, my van sat in the shop for ANOTHER week without being touched before I pulled it. Out $300 and time and hassle for rental, repeated phone calls, etc. No apologies, no nothing - repeatedly called me "girl" (I'm 53). AVOID THIS SHOP.
