K-9 Kuts came highly recommended to us by some friends. We are new to Las Cruces. We saw that K-9 Kuts had a 5 star rating. So with both of these facts we decided to trust them to do a good job. We took our dog down and visited with the groomer, with photos of other dogs with the style we wanted. The next available appointment was several weeks out. We thought, man they must be good because they are so booked up.

The morning of the appointment we were very apprehensive, and we once again took some photos in of how we wanted our dog to look. She looked at them, and said she fully understood. She refused to keep the photos for a reference, but reassured us that she understood what we wanted.

Several hours later they called and he was done. However, when the groomer bright our dog out I didn't even recognize him. They gave him a poodle cut! I was so angry that I had to just leave. Now, I have an Australian Labradoodle that looks like a Poodle. (reversed order of photos)

I have taken my dogs to Maggie and Jeanean for several years. They are so incredibly patient with my big babies! They always do such a good job.

This place is great! They care about the animals and take their time to make sure a good job is done. Great at getting the ear hair out of my dogs' ears (they just won't let me do it at home). I recommend Maggie and Jeanean to everyone! :)
