My wife and I were traveling from Phoenix back to Texas, and pulling a 5th wheel with my Ram 2500 Diesel, and I got a DEF Check System message. It said that with 5 miles left I would shutdown to 5 mph. I was about 120 miles from Las Cruces, NM. My wife found Lithia Dodge and called them. The service manager said to bring it in. I was down to about 49 miles when we got to the dealership at 5:30 pm. Ron, a salesman, directed me to the Service Center, and Mark, the Senior mechanic came out and immediately started to work on the problem as soon as we arrived. After about 30 minutes and working past 6 pm the problem as solved using Wifi technology and sent on our way without a charge! Many thanks to these people and this dealership. They are to be commended for helping us out what could have been a bad jam at sunset! Thanks so much, Jim and Diane Ball, Springtown, TX

PURCHASED A DODGE DART LIMITED. I was upside down on my trade that Bravo just didn't want to deal with. They were not interested in selling me a car. I was referred to Alex and he took care of me, I did not have to sit there for hours. was very pleased and will refer future buyer there.

It is rare that I write a review. But dang!

The dealership as a whole is not bad. But the sells man I dealt with, Adrian was a total prick.

He acted like an high school jock the whole time. Though he is much older then me. There was another woman shopping for cars on the other side of the lobby and he asked me if I thought she was a dike or not. Secondly, he kept bragging about himself. Having me read all these "letters" people wrote about him saying how awesome HE is. Also, I was not trading in my car, but as I was leaving he decided to treat my car as if he was my best friend of 20 years. Pulling on the door handle, Jumped in the passenger seat, playing with all the buttons. He tried hard to get waaaay to personal with me. I don't mind small talk or the like. But I am here to conduct business. Not make a best friend that is in his 40's.



Everything else was kinda disorganized. I ended up speaking with 3-4 people before I was stuck with Adrian. As each one had appointments already. Though I did call ahead. I was not able to really get a good feel of the car. As he knew very little about the product. I knew much more then him just by watching videos I have found on the internet. I am a student at NMSU, and I do plan to by a Dart. But this guy scared me. I will be going down to El Paso to finish everything.



He still calls often and is really pushy....sad...

I just recently bought a 2013 ...

I just recently bought a 2013 Dodge Dart. The buying process went very quick and painless. Lithia Dodge is the first place I stopped to test drive some cars. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wasn't being pushed into trying any type of car. Mike and Patrick were very patient with me while I test drove many cars and some of them more than once while I tried to pick the perfect one for me. I stopped at a few other dealers to try some other cars to narrow down my search and very quickly went back to Lithia Dodge after some very rude and uninterested sales people tried to pressure me into particular cars at the other dealerships in Las Cruces. I would suggest to everyone that is looking for a new or used car to go to Lithia Dodge first, because you won't want to bother going any where else after that!!!

went in to Lithia Dodge of Las Cruces yesterday 8/16/12 with a unique problem. I had a vehicle we needed to sell or trade (had equity in it), the entire staff were quite helpful and nonjudgmental.They all understood my situation, there was no hassle or pressure. They appraised my vehicle, crunched the numbers and i was able to leave the lot in a vehicle that was much nicer than I expected.

Short fact they couldn't have been more helpful.
