Twice I have had an appointment to come with a friend and both times they had "forgotten" and were not staffed for us. Both times they did my friend first while I soaked my feet for an hour. Both times I left without receiving the services I came in for. They are slow, they don't speak English well, and they have no concept of what it means to have an appointment.
