not vegetarian friendly

Although they claim to have options for both vegetarians and vegans, according to the server, this restaurant puts chicken base in almost everything it makes: even their red and green chile sauces. Their fryer is filled with pure lard. Pesto is frozen, potatoes are frozen and have preservatives, fries are NOT home-made. Baked goods and breads are made on a day the place isn't even open, so "fresh baked" isn't possible, unless they change their hours. The service is inconsistent, and the (apparent) owner was running around like a tyrant with his head cut off during a recent rush, which seemed to intimidate not only his staff, but his diners as well. I doubt if I'll go back; it was once a good place, good food, no corners cut, but that is all gone. All it takes is a look in the dumpster of your favorite eatery to see what you're really getting served!
