Mr Ortega is NOT a Singer repairman. I called Singer and they gave me Sew What's New on eastern Lohman. I took three machines to Orteg. He called me several time about one of the machines. Having paid him over $200 for the other two repairs I told him to stop on the 3d. I took the machine to Sew Whats New....the machine had the wrong cord. Go to the shop on ED Lohman. Six negative reviews of Ortega.

I took my Husqvarna sewing machine to get repaired and Mr. Ortega could not fix it because it is computerized but he still charged me $40.00. Now I would assume if he has never worked on a computerized machine he should have informed me and let me know that he could not fix it. He didn't even look at it. My friend also took her sewing machine to him and he could not fix it either but still charged her $40.00. So, don't take your sewing machine there it's a waste of time. Sincerely, Ladonna Sanford
