The worst experience I have ever had. I really am not the type of person to leave a bad review or leave a review at all for that matter but I feel that it is warranted if I can save someone's fingers from destruction. We called ahead and made an appointment at 630 and they close at 7, the reason I mention this is it is the only thing I can think of that made the lady that did my nails so angry. Whatever the reason she took it out on my fingers. Every single finger bled after she chopped off my cuticles and much more. I understand if it was one mistake but every single finger? It was so bad that she had to begrudgingly hold cotton to them to try to stop the bleeding. To bleed like that at a salon that you do not even know how they sterilize their tools is not too great of a feeling. I complained but she didn't seem to care and the owner didn't do anything. The other nail technicians seemed friendly and I wish I could base my experience off of them but unfortunately I had bad luck with the one I ended up with.

I had never been to this place before, let alone heard of it. The nail spa I usually go to was closed when I went (Sunday around 11:30 am) so after a quick Google search, I came across Pro Nails & Spa & saw that they had a pretty good review. Decided to give it a whirl and I'm so happy I did! What a pleasant surprise. I got a pedi/mani and am beyond pleased with the service. The young man that did my pedicure was such a sweetheart always asking if I was comfortable, if the water was too hot, if he was hurting me. The next guy who did my manicure was also a sweetie. I will definitely be returning. I've never written a review for places, but felt compelled to write one for Pro Nails & Spa. I highly urge you to visit.
