They are rude, noisy, messy and unreliable. Do not use this company. They 'borrow' permitting, use one for two, and are unsafe.

We have open junction boxes all over the unit, and instead of sending someone over to cover them, they replaced the roof on the unit next door, tossing all their trash onto our roof, disrupting our business for over two weeks and when I called codes on them to have them checked out, Michael Mitchel comes into my office and throws a card at me and says have your manager .. who is on the lease... (like that means anything when you leave HUGE SAFETY VIOLATIONS in our drop-ceiling) call me. Yeah, I called them and reported you Mike, because you came in here yesterday when we told you for the third month in a row to come close up these junction boxes and you grin and say 'codes can't come in here and do anything if we haven't pulled a permit'.. except that they came today to inspect our business license and I proceded to tell them about all the other problems.

By the way, any retaliation for us blowing the whistle on you will be met with legal action. Our reporting your lack of attention to serious matters falls under the protection of the whistleblower act.. so you better be nicey nice next time you walk in my door.
