Provided by YP.comThey don't answer their telephone. Lousy way to do business. Can only assume
their service (or lack thereof) is comparable. Unfortunately, Samsung recommended
this company to repair my two year old 75" TV. Will be notifying Samsung not to
use this company

Provided by YP.comThey were the authorized in house repair shop for samsung. They didn't speak English very well, could barely understand what was stated. They also didn't understand english well. Contacted me every day several times per day asking the same questions and for the same information for a week. Never came to my house to see what would need to be repaired. Couldn't repair the tv didn't have the knowledge of the newer hd tv's had to call samsung tech support. Samsung ended up giving another tech from another shop to fix my tv.
