- All individuals served by Safe Harbor are part of the DD Waiver provided by the Longterm Services division of the Department of Health.Safe Harbor provides the following services:Supported Living - 24/7 longterm care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Individuals live in a community residence with roommates with experienced staff assisting around the clock.Adult Habilitation (Day-Hab) - Weekly service up to 30 hours a week that allows individuals with developmental disabilities to explore the community, meet friends, and get involved in meaningful activities.Family Living - For families providing care for a loved one, Safe Harbor assists by giving needed oversight and providing substitute care.
