I went here to get a cut and highlight, they told me it was going to be 80, first the lady didn't get closer enough to my roots when bleaching do I looked like I got it done weeks ago cuz it had a big gap. Then I told her I wanted it blond with red low lights in my bangz. She gave,me this awful oranges blond color and colored my entire bangs red! I even showed her a picture of What I wanted!!!!! She then proceeded to tell me that she was charging me 140 because she used extra color! How does extra color cost an extra 60. Nedless to say, I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone

This place is horrible!!!! My husband went in and asked for a fade with a trim at the top. But instead he still had hair all down his neck (which should be cleaned up) and the front part of his hair(forehead) was shorter then the rest of the hair by 1/2 an inch!! it is completely obvious! I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I am a long time customer of style america and I have children, a five year old and a three year old. I take them with me everytime I get my hair cut and I have never had a problem. I usually just wait and see who I get instead of making a request for a particular stylist, and every stylist that I've ever had has been very warm and asked many questions about my girls. I understand that they don't want them sitting in the chairs, if you spin in them it can mess up the hydraulics. Kids are kids, we are the adults it is our job to control our own kids, when you make someone else do it, your probably going to get offended.

I went to get a haircut two days ago to this place it was about 6:30pm and my two girls were with me. well when I sat down to get my haircut my daughter (6yrs) was going to stand on the opposite side to see me get my haircut when the rude lady told no,no,no you need to stand over there she was so rude my daughter felt really bad. Then my 4yr old decided to sit in an empty chair and she told her not to sit there again very rude I almost walked out only that she was halfways my haircut. This was a very bad experience I will never go there again oh yeah did i mention my girls used to get there haircut there too well not anymore.
