Provided by YPmobileI was a referral to this salon and to Tami. I wanted to first go in for just a consultation without a service & Tami was very open to scheduling that for me. My previous stylist has always done the same thing on me for years.
I might be 65 but I don't want to be 65 and Tami gave me a great more modern pixie that suited me and my busy life.
Tami has a flare for short cuts and gets to know who you are to give you a cut & style that best suits your lifestyle.
I scheduled for my color and needless to say, not only was I pleased with my cut, but my color was beautiful. Tami obviously cares. It shows in her work and her salon. A great place to relax and have confidence in the service you receive.

I received a color, cut, wax.spray tan. My husband got a cut and hot towel shave. We were very pleased and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Thank you Tami and her team!

She listens and advises you in the right direction. I left with beautiful shiny hair and a feeling of money well spent. She cares and knows what she is doing!

Provided by YP.comThis was a nice surprise for me. After living in Las Cruces for 15 years, I finally found a salon and hairstylist I am happy with.
I was heard for once as to what my concerns were for my hair. I do not know exactly what Tammy used on my hair, but when I left my hair had a beautiful natural looking color and my cut was exactly what I asked for.
My hair has never felt so good! I would recommend Tammy for your hair. Her consultations are very different, maybe because I have never had one. I will be back!

Provided by YP.comThis inside of the business is cute, very cluttered with things that have nothing to do with hiar, skin etc, The restroom is in need of a good scrubbing, there is hair all over the place, in places that it shouln't be.
The reception area is a hodge podge of junk! Why is there a standing hair dryer and a styling chair in the reception area? I will not be back to have my hair done!!!
Hello, I am sorry to hear that you found our salon not to your liking. I am however confused since there is no record of your visit? Who was your service with? What day? I would prefer that you call me at the salon and dicuss with me why you feel there is nothing hair related in the salon reception area. We have a professional styling retail product, we have professional skin care retail products, and other retail professional merchandise. As far as the bathroom being clean. We clean weekly.... But if you know of a good cleaning lady.. we are looking for one. Your issue with the styling chair and the dryer in the front, we are very limited on space so we utilize what room we have... Your issue with hair being everywhere... when you work in a salon cutting and blowdrying hair, hair will travel, especially in a small space such as this... but rest assured, we sweep after each client and at the end of the day I vacum and swifter the entire salon. Plus I wipe down the chairs, sinks and bathroom and kitchen and spray with Lysol.... If you have any other questions please call.... We strive to make our clients feel comfortable.

Why would I contact you about it? I went elsewhere, to another esthetician who was mortified. I am sorry if my review hurt any feelings, and for that reason I have removed said review. I appreciate the response. I understand why you would try to discredit my review, but ALL OF THOSE THINGS happened. I experienced everything I wrote about. Life is too short to argue about it. Wish you and your business well, I just won't be a client.
I was just alerted to your review of my service as an Aesthetician. I appreciate any comments people have regarding my service. Could you please respond to me and let me know your name and what date you came in. I do not have a Christina on my books. First of all, I would only leave a customer in the room alone for an emergency or if I had to cleanse tools. I make it a point not to answer the phone during a service nor do I take restroom breaks. I NEVER leave a client alone when the steamer is on as they can be temperamental and need to be watched. During the Diamond Glow Facial you receive 2 masks. One followed directly by the other. Your face is never bare as I follow the last mask with your serums, moisturizer and spf. I inform all of my clients that everyone's skin is different and we all react to what microdermabrasion in different ways. As you have noted the way your skin responded would not have been evident to me at the time of service otherwise I would not have continued the procedure. Microdermabrasion is a procedure. It is essentially like sandpapering your face. I explain to all clients that we are removing the first layer of your dead skin cells to remove them and accelerate reproduction of new cells. The vacuum portion of the treatment is to remove those dead cells and bring the blood to the surface to accelerate blood cell reproduction. I make it a point to explain this procedure to the client and that they may see more blood pulled in more sensitive areas. ALL clients are encouraged to heavily moisturize and use spf for at least the first 2-3 days. I am sorry you had this experience, however , one phone call to me and I would have encouraged you to come in and I would have used a calming mask on you and told you to treat those areas with cortisone. I would like for you to come in and see me as I would like to see what your face looks like now. I have never had anyone leave my bed unhappy and I would hate to know there is one person out there that did. My clients safety, comfort and happiness are always at the forefront of my goals. Again, please call me. I look forward to hearing from you.

This happens in all businesses.It is unfortunate that this person did not contact MissJacquie personally.Taking the cowardly way out by posting on a website! Tami did my color and cut.. My hair was dried up and breaking from another salon.. She gave me a deep conditioning treatment, organic, than she colored it and shaped it up.... My hair so so soft and the shine is incredible!!! The color lasted for 5 weeks. Tamis bridal team also did my wedding and they were great! I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants great hair and great service!
