This dealership definitely wants your money, and the salesperson Grant was descent to deal with at the time of the sale. After that, a whole other story. 7 weeks later, after countless calls, and repeatedly being promised, we still haven't received the 2nd key for this vehicle. I was told that the key was being held "hostage" by the previous customer, and as soon as she returned it, they would call me. Yesterday I called for a manger and was given to Ish. This was the first he had heard of this situation, but he would call back, nothing. Today, I spoke to John Caldwell, the sales manager, who is one that will NEVER return your call. So, when called out on this, he was very apologetic that his "sales staff" didn't return my call. I pointed out the fact that he also had not kept his word on many occasions as well, and was hung up on. Great customer service!! I drove all the way to Las Cruces from Albuquerque to treated this way. I would not recommend this dealer to people I hate.

just finished my front pads and rotors turned on my 2007 toyota fj cruiser with 76,500 miles on it. only charged for one hour of labor and the parts, about $163... the original price quote was around $233, and was ready to pay it, too... everyone was friendly, no pressure to have other services done, and none of the sales people were trying to get me into a new vehicle! they even offered to take me somewhere, like the mall, and then even offered me a loaner car... i will definitely return for other work if i need any. i've always tried to most of the work myself, but some stuff i let the dealer do. yes, i was nervous, with all those horror stories out there, but i've found that most of them are from unrealistic expectations from the dealership or the mechanic... if you are in the las cruces, nm or el paso, tx area, i would highly recommend las cruces toyota for your service needs.
