Today was the first time I have been in here and I heard a customer ask the man behind the counter if they had a certain type of stone/bead. The man replied stating that he doesn't carry any unnatural stone (which is untrue if you have ever been in there) and the lady stated that she was pretty sure it was a natural stone and then the man proceeded to tell her that she had no idea what she was talking about and that he has been in this business for 60 years and she was just wrong. The lady then said okay I'm not going to argue with you but that didn't stop the man from continuing to tell her she was wrong. What happened to the customer is always right? Either way he had no right speaking to her like that and treating a potential customer in such a manner. I will never be going back to that store. As someone who works in customer service I was completely appalled by this incident.
