As a follow up to my appt on J*** 20, I have chosen to find another caregiver. Ms Moore's behavior displayed deep defensiveness at my attempt to be proactive in my own health care program and expressed overt hostility for my choice to not follow her suggestions which were only pharmaceutical drugs. Furthermore, I didn't receive even the slightest apology for having 2 appts cancelled without any communication from her staff. I only learned no one was in the office after I arrived there after my 30 minute drive. Unacceptable for a professional office. This kind of medical care and rude treatment is unacceptable and I actually was so stressed by this visit that I became ill for 3 days after the many ways she told me I was likely to have a heart attack or stroke if I didn't do what she said to do. I call this a witches message and feel a medical practitioner needs to be more responsible than this. I have never had such a negative medical experience in my 65 years. I wish I had the option to put NO stars!
