Of course bureaucratic red tape takes precedence over Members (customers) at State Employees Credit Union in Las Vegas (New Mexico). It's truly unfortunate that I still could not withdraw my mother's meager monthly allowance from her disability to pay her utilities as this has been her monthly routine, then life happens and I have been made her POA. I'm not mad at the employees of SECU as they are only following policy. I am frustrated with the institution's policies. I read on their website that at State Employees Credit Union, you’re not a customer or a number — you’re a member with an active voice in a credit union that caters to your specific needs. In all aspects, at a time it was needed most, they failed my ailing mother. #GoodUntilYouNeedThem #PeopleBeforePolicy #DontBankatSECUNM
