I called to get some old videos transferred to DVD. I took them to them because they were close to my home. The price they quoted on the phone was deceiving. They have hidden charges. Worse yet when I tried to play the DVD's on my home DVD player they did not work. When I called them they said it was my machine. I have since had my transfer them and now they work perfectly. Beware of this place!
