Provided by YP.comCan't say enough about this chapel! We booked from overseas, which of course is a little scary.. But from my first email with Ioana to the day we arrived, my every question was answered and every request was fulfilled! The staff is so helpful, and caring. The chapel itself is beautiful, nothing like other chapels we saw. The photos do not lie! Our wedding day will never be forgotten due to the outstanding team at ASM, the amazing photos we have thanks to Brandy, and the lovely service given by Pastor Jamie. We recommend A Special Memory Wedding Chapel to all!

Provided by YPmobileWe were married on March 17th 2013!! This chapel and staff went above and beyond any expectation I had. We viewed and visited many chapels, but when we walked into A Special Memory, no one compared! The feel, the look is breath taking. Our ceremony was very intimate and elegant, the minister was wonderful. Our limo driver Joe was so helpful and caring, almost like he knew us personally! This family owned buisness, is set apart from any other chapel in Las Vegas! When you walk through the door you feel like you are part of the family and every need was met on our wedding day! We will recommend this chapel highly! Thank you to everyone!

Provided by YP.comWe did all our research on the internet, over email and the phone so even after deciding on A Special Memory we were still a little nervous to see the chapel in person. We were very pleased!
Customer Service – The people were all amazing and the chapel was beautiful. We bought the least expensive package and were a little apprehensive that we’d be treated poorly because we were not spending much. That could not be farther from reality.
The package – We chose the “say I do” package, which is the least expensive. We would be happy as long as we had a couple good pictures and I was bringing my own flowers anyway so there was no need to spend more on a bigger package.
Flowers – As I mentioned, I brought my own flowers made of wood that I will have as a keepsake forever. The “say I do” package included a 3 rose bouquet. A Special Memory was not only happy to let me carry my own, but also allowed me to exchange the 3 rose bouquet in the package for 3 single roses (with baby’s breath, greens and coordinating ribbon) to give to my three female guests. I also had a wood flower for the groom’s boutonnière, so we used the boutonnière included in the package for one of the male guest and purchased an additional one for the other male guest for a very reasonable $10.
Photo CD – After reviewing the options I came to realize to buy all the pictures I wanted a la carte I was going to pay the same if not more than just paying $216 for the photo CD and printing my own pictures and now I can Photoshop them, crop them, and print as many as I want as often as I want. I am about as thrifty as someone can be and I am telling you it is so well worth the expense to get the CD!!!
Pictures – The “say I do” package states they’ll take “a minimum of 35 pictures,” That didn’t seem like many if some did not come out good. We had no need at all to worry!!! Jed, the photographer, was amazing. Make no mistake, these are not photos where every hair will be in the right place and someone will spend several minutes posing each shot. That said, the included pictures were perfect for what we wanted and came out wonderful. As far as the number of pictures - Jed took well over 100 pictures and deleted some bad ones (closed eyes, etc.) before we viewed them. We ended up with 89 pictures on our CD including pictures with our families. I understand the additional time he spent with us might not always be possible if they are booked solid, but we got married on a Saturday at 6pm and at no point did we feel rushed.
Pastor – We had Pastor Jamie. She was very nice and made sure the ceremony was what we wanted (short but meaningful) and nothing we didn’t want (religious). She did an amazing job of making us comfortable and keeping everything on track. She knew just when to take my flowers from me so I could light the unity candle. Jamie sounded surprisingly sincere despite performing several ceremonies a day.
Limo – The limo showed up right on time. The driver gave me hints on how to get in without ruining my dress and veil since he’s seen it done more times that I’ve done it. He also called the chapel to make sure my husband was there and hidden away so he would not see me until the ceremony began.
The cost –
“Say I do” package $199
Limo FFC Charge $16
Additional Boutonnière $10
Photo CD $200
Tax $33

Provided by YP.comThe pictures were awful and we never even received our wedding video. When we call them we are put on hold until we give up and have to hang up

Provided by YP.comThe photographer took pictures that are horrible and are so far away that you can not even soo the people very well. Also we have none of our best man and groomsman and the pictures we not of us when we were told that we can look at them on the website.. I do not recommend theis chapel. My Father is a Cab driver and will not be recommending this chapel either.
