I went to this school back in 2003 for medical billing. The beginning was great but then we lost our instructor all of sudden. They replaced him with another person who was ok but not as "experienced". I do feel like he was preoccupied with something else because his mind was always somewhere else. He was not passionate about his job. Honestly, I feel like I was cheated, deceived and taken advantage of for $$$$.



My student loan is for $16,000 for this course. I feel like I didn't learn anything especially when we lost our original instructor. I've tried to get jobs in this industry and medical billing companies or hospitals will not take anyone with no experience. This really sucks on so many levels. They need a new rating with -starts because I would give them a negative five stars****! DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL

THIS SCHOOL DOESNT DESERVE A STAR! let me start off by saying that I went to this school in 2003, I took a tour of the school & basically was told everything I wanted to hear. well at that time I was working full time as a photo lab manager & only doing school part time. there were some issues going on at work & I told the administrator that I would be gone for 2 weeks, he told me that, that was fine & to sign a sheet just incase there were any issues i had that as back up. well guess what 1 week later i walked into class & the teacher sent me to the office cause "I needed to speak to the administrator" little did I know that I was kicked out! really? what happened to the form I signed? well that form was no where to be found. I was turned into the collection agency for failure to pay, yet I never received a bill...now I'm stuck with a $16,000 loan & no education! there were so many other students that were kicked out when they had other responsibilities family work children etc. and were only gone for 2-4 weeks. I WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL AT ALL!

THIS IS THE WORST SCHOOL EVER!!!

I went to this school in 2009. The staff were super nice (give me thousands of dollars and I'll be nice to you too) they promised me all kinds of things and I was real happy to start. At that time I was 18 fresh out of high school with no kids I wanted to do something with my life BEFORE I started a family. I even recommended it to a friend while I was still in school. After I finished extern I was pretty much on my own to find a job the career department did not help me that much and basically they would look up jobs from craigslist too. When I would tell them "well why did you guys tell me this when I started" they would DENY DENY DENY. They had no respect for my mom or boyfriend and they just twist things around so it can seem like its your fault you cant get a job. My friend got kicked out for missing a week cuz her daughter was in the hospital even tho she showed them proof but of course she still has to pay the loan. I'm almost 22 now with no career, a HUGE loan, and no way I can go back to school. It sucks cause it was a waste of time, money and now that I became a mom I have nothing to offer my baby. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! Everyone is going to be nice to you of course but dont fall for their lies!! I guess its called the Milan Institute but the lies and fake promises are still there!!! ITS THE SAME STAFF!!!
