Put everything in writing...You'll need it in court!

We are immaculate tenants. We kept the property very clean, left it cleaner than it was before, and they still kept over $400 of deposit. One reason was that they needed to repaint the room, since it was blue and the rest of the house was already white. But it was already blue when we moved in!We also had a nasty case of "I always change my story if i tell you something verbally" with our property manager. She lied so many times and changed what she said so often that I started sending her letters instead, so that she couldn't deny that. Even then she wouldn't send me hardly anything in writingRED FLAG!On top of that, the property that they rented us went into foreclosure and we had to move again!

ace & their n Rep's

Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about ACE & Mary their rep. Im contacting the RE board and ace . They fix nothing (or very little) tthey gouge on your security deposit, We left the home in excellant condition,. It was not that way when we moved in. I recieved 1/2 of my deposit back and have called 4 times. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT ! I have seen on line 5 other complaints or reviews saying the same thing

ace " no service -and gouge "

we rented from ace a property in Henderson. It was a gated condo unit. we gave them the security deposit. We moved out 2 1/2 years later. The property manager stated in writing how clean and good a shape we left it in. Several things were wrong when we moved in. we made out a list on their forms and there was not enought room to finish all the problems. They repaired the garage door 2 times and fixed a fan that had fallen. the other complaints repoted were never touched or replied on. We finally recieved a partial security deposit . They deducted 1/3 of it for redicoulas things. A clost rack they had on the premises fell. We didnt install it. it was a matter of re drilling into studs , They charged us $250. for 1 straight rack to install it only. They charged us money for filters , being the wrong size. The same size was replaced as what was taken doen. Verticals ( extremely cheap type) had a single slat fall out. All together we were charged over $500 of the security deposi
