The apartment itself is OK but if you need maintenance expect it to be a week or more even in an emergency. The manager is rude, and if she decides she doesn't like you will do anything in her power to evict you. The office loses packages that are yours as well. So if you decide to move here you better stay on their good side. Otherwise you'll get a 3 day eviction notice for a piece of trash being on your patio.
