LIED ABOUT WHAT I WAS SIGNING FOR. I SIGNED MY NAME AND WROTE IF I DECIDE TO HAVE REPAIRS. HE WENT AHEAD AND CALLED AHS AND ORDERED PARTS.
PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING ME IS A RIP OFF.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don't even deserve a 1 star rating! They are the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with! They do not return phone calls and they left 2 holes in my wall and did not fix the leak or the walls! If you choose to use them, don't say you weren't warned..........

Awesome experience with this company! My AC went out during record high temperatures of 114... AHS sent them and they were at my house within 2 hours of the service request. Mike called and came 30 minutes earlier than the appointment window, he was quick with the diagnosis and repair and had my AC running in less than 30 minutes! I am so thankful! Fast and efficient company, would recommend them to friends.

I had a plumbing drainage issue at my business, these guys were in and out in no time. Problem solved.

AHS sent them out for a sewage block. It took several tries but ended with a fabulous employee, Ramon, at our house on Christmas eve, freezing, but ultimately fixing the problem. I see your negative reviews, but I was super impressed with our experience.

A complete ripoff company. AHS sent them out to replace my water heater, which AHS paid for, but these guys added $1000 worth of charges that should have been maybe $200. The repairman was here for about 2 hours. The work was fine (so far) but these guys take advantage of you when you're short on time. Shame on AHS for using these guys. Cost me $1100 including the initial service call.

If I could give less than one star I would. Guy came out and was there for about 5 minutes. American home shield sent this contractor. They determined I needed a new water heater which AHS covered. But advanced home services decided to add on additional services that "needed" to be done in order for them to install the new water heater ($365 worth). I needed new water lines, they needed to fix my water pressure, and something else I cannot recall. Oh, my house is 7 years old too, but I still need all of this done. My husband and father are both in the construction field and both assured me this company was ripping me off. I wouldn't pay them a dime if they were the only company in Las Vegas!

they were sent by a home warranty company for an A/C check. the repairman was there less than 15 minutes and said there was nothing they could do about my A/C not working and told the warranty company the my unit was ruined by dog pee. I don't even own a dog so the warranty company denied my claim. this company is worthless and would not recommend them for any services.
