Worst customer service you will ever experience. We rented a bike 5 hours for we were told 50 dollars by the salesman and when redirected to the lady that takes the money she said the price is 60 and the salesman didnt know what hes saying. Upon delivery after paying we were told it makes an awful squealing noise every time you go but was assured that its fine. It broke down on the strip and we were met with hostility. Only one block away when it happened we were told if any further we'd be "on our own". When telling the owner over the phone it broke down and left us stranded he responded saying its not broken and became very rude and hostile. He finally ended up coming out and started barking at me in a hostile manner saying its not broken, we did something wrong and its going to start right up. He tried and it still wouldn't start. When he realized it really was broken, there was no change in attitude and not even an apology. Place is bad news.
