With a toddler, a newborn, and a puddle of water on my kitchen floor, I was feeling beyond overwhelmed. Mike from All City Refrigeration swooped in to save the day. He came out on a Saturday without an extra fee, and arrived within his stated time frame. He quickly identified the problem, had the part on hand, and had my freezer working within 15 minutes. My refrigerator now has a new starter and I have the rest of the day to spend with my kids. Thanks, Mike!

I called Mike from the EMBARQ yellow pages to come out to our house and fix our freezer on our refrigerator. He literally went to the freezer door and opened it, put his hand on the back of it and said "you've got big trouble." He followed up with my wife that this would be a $300 to over $400 job and it was one of three things and he wanted his money. Mike argued with my wife that the refrigerator wasn't working either(when it obviously was)and other points for more then 15 minutes. Mike did not inspect the freezer at all, he should have taken the 10 minutes to remove the back panel of the freezer and amp check the different problems he alleged. My wife called me frantic because he was getting threatening to her in front of our children. I told my wife to pay this creep the $70 for his FREE estimate of nothing. Long story short, we had a real professional come out and fix our problem with the freezer for half the price this jerk quoted.
