Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! This place claims to sell Eric Andrews and Swarovski. They do not!!! Not only do neither of these high-end brands not sell any of this jewelry but they do not endorse it. "All That Glitters" is not even an authorized retailer. They buy their jewelry from WALMART and sell it with fake Swarovski tags! I even went down to Walmart and purchased the same exact bracelet with the same exact ribbon tied around it as this DBag sold us. The bracelet started to fall apart within an hour of wearing.The earrings they sold us immediately caused my ears to become infected. The infection immediately told me that they came from Walmart. Sure enough, I investigated and there they were! On the shelves at Walmart! They have refused to do anything about it. When we asked for our money back we were basically told to go **** ourselves and were threatened with a phone call to security. This happened on our 4th visit. We paid our 5th visit with a filed complaint with the mall owner against this vendor. We will not stop until we are refunded our money. We will file complaints with the business commissioner, notify Swarvoski & Eric Andrew of this fraud, and contact channel 13's investigates team. These people are frauds! Crooks! We have our rights and we will exercise them. The evidence is in our favor.
