Provided by YP.comThis company stole money out of my account. Whatever you do, DO NOT give them your account info. I paid them the money I owed and then, two months later, they just decided to run another electronic check through my bank account. This was never agreed upon. I called my bank and filed a fraud claim and closed my account/reopened it. I doubt I'll ever see the money again. I called them and asked why they would take that money out of my account without my permission and they person (who wouldn't give me a name) said, "you should've paid your bills" and hung up. I filed a cliaim with the Nevada BBB and the Atty General's Office. It was nothing more than stealing. If you're contacted by these people, just hang up the phone and change your number.

Provided by YP.comBill Bradley is a guy you do not want to speak with. He is a manager and his lack of authority in handling or speaking with other people lacks leadership and civility. I have to wonder if there whole company is like this. I would not deal with anyone at this company and avoid doing business with them at all cost. Yes there is always two sides of the story, but are you willing to take a chance when there are so many other great companies out there?

Provided by YP.comThis company acts way outside their authority. The take more money from your bank account than
You agreed to. The take money BEFORE the agreed upon dates. Nobody there uses the same
name more than a few times. If you don’t pay or call to adjust your arrangements they still attempt
to take money from your account then threaten you with check fraud. When you push them for
names they refuse. One of their favorite ploys is to call you and when you answer the person from
Allstate says he is the security officer and he is going to prosecute you for fraud and to go get a lawyer
Then hangs up. I can go on and on about this group of charlatans. I am filing formal charges with
The BBB, Nevada Banking commission, and will be seeking legal advice as to other possible remedies.
I urge everyone else to at the very lease file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Provided by YP.comI agreed to pay them 50 dollars they than debited my account for 66, I took me months to find the company
then I called and stated I would send a check instead. So i thought that was the end until they tried to debit my
account for 666. 00 It bounced of course and I had to shut my account down to stop anymore fees. Now they are calling me threating me with putting those on my credit and prosecuting me for bad checks even though I called them and requseted they stop and they tried to take more than the agreed to amount. If you have the same issue please email me
at [email protected] I have contacted the financial complaint bureau in nevada. The more people we get the better

Provided by YP.comBoth my mother and myself have had to deal with this company. They are very rude. I work for a company that reports to the credit bureaus and i deal with customer accounts daily. I know for a fact that these people don't follow the law when it comes to what a collection company is and is not allowed to do and say. these people had contacted my mother (who happens to be elderly) on a debt that i had paid off a long time ago and told her that i still owed, which was a lie. My mother agreed to pay part of what they were asking for later on in the month and gave them her banking info. Later that week she told me about what she had done so i told her to contact the bank and cancel the check. when she did. Later that month - before the date my mother and this company had agreed on - this company attempted to withdraw the funds - thankfully my mother never lost any money - after all this the company has attempted to contact me multiple times - once they even tried to tell me that my mom and i had commited check fraud and that they would prosecute us and get the law involved if we didn't pay the balance in full immediatly - what an outrageous lie to tell someone. - Bottomline, no one can trust this company, there liers, thieves, and they should be the ones to go to jail
