I visited a friend at a nearby limousine service and saw this company and decided to check it out to see if I would like to refer business there. When I walked in the company I went thru the front and asked the chauffeurs all standing there where the front office was. The looks I got were really strange. None of them seemed to welcome me either. They all acted like I was there to steal their jobs. Not a very warm welcome. Then I went to the front desk and asked the girl for a application. The snotty girl with short brown hair told me that they are only hiring CDL drivers. I told her I am a CDL driver! Then she tells me that I have to go to another location for a application. And blurted it out really fast. To annoy her back for the abrupt rude behavior, I asked her to repeat the place and she gave me a corner street and no address. I asked her for the address. Apparently being in this industry all my lifetime. I would never give them work nor think of hiring them for driving my VIP's. I wonder if her owner knows her conduct was like she needed a I kick to the curb. She would of been fired treating my guest like that if she worked in my office. I never walked into a business and got treated like crap like that in my life. I would not recommend this company to any one that wishes to have service. Even the chauffeurs looked depressed. Now that I read the comments. It doesn't surprise me at all. I really wonder if her boss saw a video of the way they acted if he would APPROVE that behavior? I think most business have to realize. WITHOUT CUSTOMERS you would not have A JOB..... So get that fact right. Your not doing us any favors. This was the attitude this girl had. If she's having a bad hair day. Stay home. And don't deal with the public like this. There is a CODE of CONDUCT you all must follow when dealing with the public. She's obviously not playing a full deck of cards. And was the most rude office personnel person I ever encountered.

I recently traveled to Las Vegas and chose Ambassador Limousine for our luxury transportation services.

I chose Ambassador because each time I have used their service I am always met promptly by a courteous and well groomed driver with a top notch limo. The limos are clean and new. It was an important business trip for me and I wouldn't want to chance going with a company other than Ambassador. I always worry about being on time in business, and so I arrive at the pickup spot early before the designated time that my clients are due. And to my great satisfaction the driver is always there before me.
