Irresponsible bad ethic and tacky service and. Clerk did not ask further necessary shipping information such as return address and value of contents for int'l package shipping. Part of my fault I was in a hurry as soon as I gave the clerk the package and the ship to address my email address and money, he said I am ok to go. Afterwards I realized that I should provide a lot more information in order to secure the shipment, then I got the "Tracking number" by email and looked it up, the only thing it shown was the shipping date, nothing else! So I called ASAP to see if there is any better way to the check the status because this is the 8th business day after the shipment had sent out, the same clerk told me there is nothing they can do if the receiving country does not enter the status update. It would be 10 business days after 2 more business days as what I have been told this shippment will take 6-10 business days to receive that's the reason why I paid additional for this.
