He also stole 2,450.00 from me! I think they both need to do jail time and if anyone out there has any more information on these two thieves please contact me at [email protected] and I am pursuing this legally and if anyone else is I am willing to testify how this Pete guy and Cassandra have stolen thousands of money from countless peolpe, If you google Pete he has been doing this kind of scam since 2003.

Provided by YPmobileThis is the worst place ever I took my S500 here not only did I pay that idiot Pete 1250 I was robbed of that I never received my parts my glove department was broken into my jewelry was stolen Pete has not been seen but u can't run forever Pete u will go down for all the crap u pulled u don't do that when you are a real business man u will be found and will go to prison for a very long time and on top of that when this is all over I'll probably own the buisness hope it was worth you doing all this nonsense to loyal customers who thought they were bringing there car to get fixed not to get ripped off

Provided by YP.comI took my VW Golf to get repaired on august 24 and it now September 2 and it still not fix, not only is it not fixed but the place is empty..everyone has left the building, even Pete. We have been taken advantage of. this is a warning to all. There is no such things as a good thing..I'm now seeking a lawyer to sue and expose these people for the crooks they are. please go by and see for yourself. do be fooled as i was.

Provided by YP.comI have a black 2004 SES Taurus, and have always relied on the dealer to perform maintanence and any other concerns/repair.
Last week my car began making a horrible noise and my air conditioner stopped blowing cold air so I imediately took my car to the dealer only to learn, my warranty expired four months earlier. The estimated repairs was $600 (to replace the compressor).
I choose to get a second opinion and Automotive Unlimited happened to be on my way to work so I stopped in and they were able to diagnois the problem within 30 mintues and estimated the repairs $150 less than the dealer.
KUDOS Automotive Unlimited. They not only saved me $150, but drove me to work, and returned after the repairs.

Provided by YP.comI took my vehicle to Automotive Unlimited. I have had it at a few other shops and it was never repaired properly. I took it to Pete who assured me it would be taken care of. He called me promptly and told me his diagnosis and what the cost would be for the repair. It was ready the following day as promised. It is finally repaied properly an working like new.Highly recomend this shop. It was a refreshing change from the past expereiences I have been through. Thanks Pete!!!!!

Provided by YP.comOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN DEALING WITH AUTOS UNLIMITED FOR A SHORT WHILE NOW AND WHILE DEALING WITH THEM FROM THE SIMPLEST JOBS TO THE MAJOR JOBS ALL HAVE BEEN HORRIBLE. OIL CHANGES WERENT DONE CORRECTLY NEW OIL WAS MIXED WITH OLD OIL. WE WERE BEING CHARGED RIDICUOLUS AMOUNTS FOR JOBS THAT WERENT BEING DONE. NOW WE HAVE TO TAKE ONE OF OUR VEHICLES SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE OF A JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE, WASNT!!! . IF GIVEN A TIME FRAME ON WHEN YOUR CAR IS READY FORGET ABOUT IT I HOPE YOU HAVE ANOTHER VEHICLE AND FORGET ABOUT THEM BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE TO YOU. My name is Dave and I work for Automotive Unlimited.We do not leave old oil in and mix it with new. As far as Pete, the shop gets soo busy that he spends much of his time on the phone. With all his responsibility he can sometimes get a bit stressed. We are making changes as far as being more organized as well as adding a few more employees to help out. This is a small family business that turns out an astonishing amount of work daily. I understand you are upset, but I personally will go the extra mile and make sure your vehicle is done when promised to the best of my ability. Provided by YP.comI took my boss' Mercedes to this shop. I was very excited after talking with one of the owners on the phone. He is a very charming guy, and he was very competitively priced and gave us many extra services at discounted or no cost to us. He said he would do this because he kept finding other things wrong with the car he didn't see at first. We told him we really needed the car and he promised, more than once to have it done, then it wouldn't be. It was frequently difficult to get a hold of the shop and I couldn't even leave a voice mail because the voicemail box was always full. Pete would promise to call me back in a certain amount of time and he never did - I had to call him back. The car arrived at this shop on a Tuesday and now it is the following Tuesday and we still don’t have the car. He had originally promised it would take a day to repair. We finally got the car out after 8 days and dozens of phone calls and un-kept promises. We are now having to take it to another shop to do the work he was supposed to have done. We got run around and paid almost 900 dollars and the only thing they did was a regular service on the car (we hope) and run us around for a week. He promised he would deliver the car Thursday night and so I paid him. He never delivered the car and didn't even call to tell me he wouldn't be. This has been a nightmare for my boss to be without his car. If you need anything done RUN don’t walk away from this shop, unless you want promise and double talk but no delivery. At first glance it is too good to be true... and it is.

Not trying to make any excuses, but parts for these cars can be difficult to obtain and very well be a special order. Pete is extremely busy and this is the busiest shop I have worked at. Sometimes things fall thru the cracks. I would like to offer you to bring the vehicle by and I will personally make sure your services were done. Im quite sure they were done, thats not the kind of business we operate. we are currently re-organizing and trying to get some more help in the shop. Provided by YP.comBrought vehicle in for a/c repair. was told that the compressor was bad and would be replaced with a "reconditioned" unit. Upon pick up of the vehicle it was still blowing hot air. "oh it needs more freon" he said...still hot air..."oh the seals need to be replaced"...still hot air. after two weeks of taking the vehicle back and forth to his "shop"...still hot air blowing from the a/c. After crawling around under the vehicle it appears the compressor was never changed, or, changed out with a junkyard unit as it is still covered in parts with the fine black dust that builds up in crevices from the belt. Now pete refuses to fix the a/c despite a "three year warranty" whatever that means and will not give a refund. Save yourself a big hassle and avoid this place like the plague!!!
Hello My name is Dave and I work for Automotive Unlimited. I have NOT witnessed any activities as described by this gentlemen. It would be nice to know what kind of vehicle it is. If its a Ford, they have horrible A/C problems. The compressor comes apart on the inside sending pieces of itself thru the whole system. It usually takes several flushings and replacement of the orifice tube. I would like to invite this gentleman down and I will look at it and diagnose it for free. I am sorry about the continual problems. We have a steady client base and stay really busy. That proves to me our work is top notch. Thank you for your time

Provided by YP.comWent to Ted Wiens Firestone with A/C issue. Was charged 550.00 to change out A/C manifold. Then was told it would cost 1750.00 for a new compressor and condensor installed. I made it my mission to check around, I called and visited 6 other shops and got mixed pricing and answers. I called Pete, brought my car in and Was told exactly what was wrong, how much it cost and shown each issue as it was addressed. I also spoke to other customers while waiting and they had the same experience. Good service, honest, and at a fair price. If he is looking to keep customers (and he is) I definitely will be loyal to his shop. Little does he know, I work in a very large industry with a great many contacts and will spread the word about my "Great" experience at Unlimited. By the way, Total for my new A/C parts and labor 900.00. If you are looking for a long term, honest mechanic, Try this shop. You will be happy you did!!
