To Whom it May Concern,

I went to Auto Zone to get my battery changed out. Sunday Sept. 6, around 1 in the afternoon.

The parts manager helped me and changed out the battery. Unfortunately I did not get a name. (a man in his 50's with a tail) When he did this he apparently dropped a screw or 2? and did not put the casing back around the battery as it was. I told him that was not satisfactory, the way he left it. He said he was going to have to into the store and get another pin, is what he called it, came back did something, and the casing is not the way it should be. I told him again, that it was not like it suppose to be, he said it was and closed the hood. I was not going to argue.

You need to know the store was unmanned for at least 10 to 20 min. with both of your employees outside. One working on my battery, the other lady just standing around watching someone work on their car. There was at least 2 customers in the stpoe at that time. If this was my business, I would not be happy.
