I'm not a big fan of designer labels but I have always loved the style of Balenciaga handbags. I'm sort of a handbag snob I guess because I've watched my collection grow to nearly a dozen Bal bags. Each one has a different look and feel, all the leather has a different grain. That's why it's super important to me to physically shop at a boutique so I can carefully examine every bag before I buy.

I've bought at both this location as well as the one at Crystals, and I prefer the Forum location simply because their stock is much larger. The sales associates are pretty much the same at both locations; watch out if you aren't decked out in designer gear -- you'll most likely get the snoot and snob treatment or, even worse, you'll get ignored.

Nevermind that I was shopping last week at this store with my $2,800 Balenciaga handbag: I was wearing jeans, Chucks and a t-shirt so it took a while for anyone (well, anyone besides the security guard) to greet me. Look, I know boutiques get lots of looky-lous but I'm obviously a serious buyer and customer. I'm overlooking that because dang it, I love these bags!
