This is the worst experience I have ever had! I just moved back to Las Vegas and needed a washer and dryer. I found what I wanted at Best Buy. I explained that the movers had left the treadmill in the laundry room and they would need to move it for me. When the delivery got there I asked to have the treadmill moved in a bedroom. He got it into the hall way and then told me it wouldn’t fit through the door. I don’t know how many doors we have moved it through but it has been several. Then he had his helper start bringing in the washer and dryer planning to leave the treadmill in the hallway! I objected and he got mad and very rude. I suggested that he move it into the garage and he said no and loaded the washer and dryer back on the truck. Before writing this review I tried calling Best Buy to see if they would make it right. I called 3 times and was transferred around. The last time I was on hold for about 10 minutes, making it clear that they don’t want my business. I will now tell everyone I know to stay away from Best Buy.
