Don't ever use a business who slanders his own customers! No apologies at all for the Tymberwolf. This person has no customer service skills nor tact. I've had my own business for 20+ yrs and never backlashed at a customer once no matter the circumstance...word gets around way too fast around here! Sadly, thats how I heard about this co.

For the customers who use the business valuable time!!!!!!!!!!!! After making an order why whould call another company? We are a small company with excellent pricing and service. People have no patience now a days. As far as the comment by tymberwulf, the guy was a madman. Sorry he was robbed but he told me himself " I took a walk so I wouldn`t take it out on the wife and kids" So he took it out on the glass company instead! For the guy with the patio door had me drive all the way across town to my shop to get a patio door then changed his mind! For $50? I spent $50 in gas driving around to try and help him! I needed a sliding glass door replaced. Called the company, and got a voicemail. I hung up (didn't leave a message) and they called me back, saying they missed my call.I got an estimate, and the guy said he needed to check to see if they had it in stock, and he would call me back in 20 minutes once he knew if he had the piece available.In that time, I found another company that could do the job for 50 dollars cheaper.I called him back to let him know we didn't need him anymore, and he rudely said, "Well thanks for making me go out of my way!" When I apologized for that, he called me an asshole. I couldn't belive it! Great customer service, there!Seeing the other negative review here, I'm glad that I *didn't* use this company, and I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from these guys.

Call them on Wednesday, was told someone will be coming out that morning, which seemed great. Wednesday morning ended up being 4:30 Wednesday evening. Then Joe (the owner) that he hoped the glass would be ready on Thursday, but most likely it would be ready Friday. This didn't bother me to much and on Friday I got a call near noon telling me it would be a couple of hours. Again, a couple of hours ended up being a lot more, in this case 6:30pm. Joe and his worker noticed that something was wrong with the frame, but told me that caulk would fix it and I trusted them. Saturday morning comes and the frame doesn't fit right, the glass was filthy and the caulk job looked like the work of a kindergartner. When I called to complain, I started getting the whole we will fix it, when will you be home. I told him never mind, just come get the glass at which point he hung up.######Please, please use anyone else. The one positive you see Joe the owner wrote himself! He told me this Friday.

If you`ve been broken into they replaced my commercial door glass in the middle of the night! Fast service, honest, reliable. If your in a jam this is the company to use, theyre problem solvers. Give them a try 1st. They are4 also a full service company.
