Been eating here occasionally for a few years now, wings have always been fantastic but as of the last time we went it seem like they changed the pizza dough. I was not a fan, dough was very dense and dry and super thick. The cheese sauce and toppings were all fantastic as usual. Not sure that I’ll go back, for pizza at least.

Worst Possible Customer Service, Pizza was an hour and half late and when called they said driver broke down but they did not even give us a call to let us know it would be that late. And when we asked for a discount for the cold pizza the manager did not apologize or anything but talked to the driver and hung up on us

Absolutely worst customer service possible and most lazy staff with no love or remorse for life in general, disrespectful at the register, take forever to bring you burnt food. Overall worst experience you will ever have and worst pizza, wings and fries all trash backed by a horrible staff with no respect. Never bring family here

Their delivery is fast and the food is still hot when it reached our place! Now that's definitely worth the money! Try their delivery services. You can't go wrong with them!

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! We walked 2 miles to get this “boston pizza” from our hotel.

It wasn’t just that the food was nasty, it was the ghetto style RUDE service from the person taking our order. We ordered a large Italian and a pizza. I actually sent the Italian BACK after the second bite. It was SO bad it was almost like they were screwing with us. I’ve NEVER sent a sandwich back in my entire life before that night.

Pizza is dripping with grease with NO flavor!!!! Save your money and time!!

I love this place!! Everything is fantastic and the staff is always super nice!! You must try it everything is made on site and fresh to order!!

We were in LV back at the end of Feb. and just happened to drive by this pizza place, not knowing anything about it so we just stopped in and got a take out pizza. Talk about to totally die for.......................................this is a real killer, folks!!! We will always go back whenever we are in the area again and will tell everybody we know all about it. Go there!!!

Yup, I said it...they have the best fingers this side of the ol' mississip!!! Always cooked to perfection just the way that u like em'!! Go on down and try some, u won't regret it!!

Albo's is definitely one of the better pizza spots in Las Vegas. I'm a lil picky, but they always ensure that my pizza comes out exactly as I like it. They recently added in a bar, so its the perfect place to catch a late night slice and drink

Worst service and rotten food. I used to order Albo's very often, until we had ordered a pizza and it caused all my friends to get sick.



I am never going to order here AGAIN!

On 07/14/10 @ 11:52 a.m. I called to place an order and the female that answered was rude and unprofessional. She asked for my name. I stated it and began to spell it and she interrupted with "what do you need?" I began spelling it again and she stated "I know how to spell it!" Contrary to the fact that it's the lunch hour, that kind of service is not appreciated. In addition, no one has ever been able to spell my name on their own. I loved your food and location, but after that I'll no longer solicit your facility.

Its so hard to find friendly, courteous staff in this city. When I walked into Albo I was greeted by their beautiful hostess who ensured that I recieved my beverage immediately upon sitting, that my order was taken within 5 minutes, and that my food was served promptly. It has been along time since I have been impressed by the level of courtesy shown to me, but today I was definitely impressed. Cheers!

Best italian pizza with real deal

Finally decided to give Albo's a shot, and I was completely satisfied with my decision. Their food was delicious, menu prices were affordable, and their service was amazing. Highly suggested

when i walked into the place the girl was rude. she said i am busy and you have to wait until i am done. when she finally took my order she said what do you want, i don't have all day...i looked at the pizza before i walked out, it was burnt. i asked to talked to the manager, she said the owner fixed your food and there is nothing i will do for you. then a little guy walked in and asked if he could do anything for me. i told him the problem. he says give me about 15 minutes and i will fix you another. his name is zymer. if you go in there ask him to fix you food. it will be good. the owner i give 0 stars to and to zymer i give 4 stars to. i will go back only if he is there
