RENTER BEWARE!!!! If you are looking for a rental keep looking!!! The building looks good. The pool looks clean, the office is nice and so are the interiors of the apartments. That's all that good. The manager and her assistant are the personification of bad management. Watch your back and every move you make and everything you say. The things that they say and do are borderline illegal and good luck trying to fight a big business and prove them wrong. Its evident that the entire staff including maintenance are definitely overworked and underpaid and it shows in the way that they work. It makes you wonder why these people get a paycheck, but they do show up daily so I guess no one else would want to deal with the owners who are clearly in the wrong business. Take my advise and keep away from this property.
