Provided by YPmobileGreat treatment from the office. I was excited for one of my family members when he said he had decided to move to Buffalo Highlands. I had not heard anything about Buffalo Highlands, so I decided to pay a visit to Yelp for some reviews. It was a bit difficult to believe that all the reviews were positive. Sounds suspicious. I mean, there is not even one negative review, about anything. Surely there must be at least SOMETHING that Buffalo Highlands could improve upon.
But, there isn't. Every single service of this community is executed flawlessly. In fact, every time we encounter a Buffalo Highland employee they make sure to ask us if there is anything we need, and if anything needs to be fixed, and ask us our thoughts on ways to improve things. What other companies do that? Successful ones, that's who. And that's why Buffalo Highland has absolutely zero bad reviews. They are that good.
One last thing. I have had plenty of experiences with leasing offices and property managers. I have nothing but great things to say about the offices and managers I have dealt with in the past. Never any issues. However, the office and management at Buffalo Highland are unlike any that I have encountered thus far. They are very attentive and caring, making sure to go the extra mile. Have a maintenance issue? Not a problem. They are so well-organized as to give us a timeframe of when to expect a serviceman, and when to expect completion. On top of that, it's pretty nice to get a follow-up call ensuring that the maintenance issue has been resolved, and asking us if there is anything else in which they may be of service. Talk about having your stuff together. Extremely professional. Aces.
Needless to say, when such time arrives as to renew the lease, it will be met with sheer gratitude if Buffalo Highland declares us fit enough to share living quarters in their little villas of luxury located in fabulous Las Vegas

Turns out the bad reviews are true. I didn't want to believe them, but getting any maintenance issues taken care of is a headache. The leasing agents are downright rude, talk down to the tenants, and make fun of the tenants behind the tenants back. It's unfortunate because there are quite a few things I like about the property. But being treated like I am not worthy of their attention is too much. Gina kicked me out of the leasing office when I went in to see if an issue could be fixed, after bringing the issue up multiple times. I called the number on the sign posted in the pool area at 7 am this morning, after seeing the pool guy here at 6 am. Brought up the issue with the pool guy, still not fixed. But here's the kicker. When I called at 7 am, the owner of ACS Pools, answered and asked how he could help, only to hang up on me when I tried explaining that the problem keeps happening again and again. Immediately after, I tried calling back and no surprise...he didn't answer. Avoiding my service call. This is the owner mind you. On top of that, he called Buffalo Highlands and lied to them saying I've been calling him since 5 am. No way is that true at all. That is considered slander. Even more, Buffalo Highlands believed him, and said I had no right to call ACS Pools business line to ask for service. Why didn't the owner inform me of that the few times I have called for service? Both Buffalo Highlands and ACS Pools portrayed me as being the bad guy, I was just trying to get a couple things fixed. If you decide to move here, good luck. And consider this and the other reviews fair warningAlso, still waiting for them to fix a lock on the door
